About the Role

Brightline Freight is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support our brokerage team with load tracking, customer updates, and carrier communication. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to grow into a full dispatcher or account manager role.

Responsibilities

• Track active shipments and provide proactive status updates to customers
• Communicate with carriers regarding pickup, delivery, and exceptions
• Enter and maintain shipment data in our TMS accurately
• Assist senior dispatchers with load planning and capacity sourcing
• Handle inbound customer and carrier calls professionally

Requirements

• ✓1+ year of logistics, customer service, or administrative experience
• ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
• ✓Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
• ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• ✓No TMS experience required — training provided
