Freight Broker Agent

About the Role

Ridgeline Transport is looking for experienced freight broker agents to join our network under an agent model. You will operate your own book of business with the backing of our authority, TMS, and carrier network. Ideal for agents wanting independence with enterprise-level support.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain your own shipper customer base
• Source and vet carriers for your freight lanes
• Negotiate buy and sell rates to generate margin
• Handle all aspects of your loads from booking through delivery
• Meet monthly gross margin targets

Requirements

• ✓2+ years of freight brokerage experience with an existing book of business
• ✓Proven ability to develop and retain shipper relationships
• ✓Strong carrier network preferred
• ✓Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• ✓Own equipment or home office setup
